- PROPOSED RV LOT USER FEES: THE COMMON AREA BOARD RETRACTED A RULE CHANGE IN THE FEBRUARY 28th MEETING CHARGING AN ANNUAL FEE TO HOMEOWNERS USING THE "MONTANEZ" RV LOT. ( see the draft rule change)

- With the help of other RV lot users protesting any fees, we received an e-mail the morning of the meeting stating there will be no additional fees for the people using the services of the RV lot. Additionally, the proposed alterations in the appearance language would be changed. For further information see the meeting summary in The Common Area Board.
